A base coat is essential for color gel polish. The base is the first layer of the LED/UV curing process in the Veneer gel polish technique. It acts as a barrier to prevent any coloring of the nail and helps hold the application. LED/UV lamp required to cure.

Instructions

After applying Prep #1 and Fuse #2 from the Veneer line, apply a thin layer of Base #3 and cure under a LED lamp for 30 seconds or under a UV lamp for 1 minute. Continue the gel polish technique with Veneer gel polish in the color of your choice.
