We ship to Canada and the United States only. Matis products can only be shipped within Canada. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address.
Shipping to Canada
Regular shipping at $9.99 CDN for orders shipped in Canada. Taxes not included. The cost of shipping will be automatically added to the order amount before proceeding to online payment.
Shipping
Summum Beauté International does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges vary according to weight, volume, delivery time and destination.
For orders to the United States, the shipping charge is USD 9.99 and customs duties and taxes of your country may apply when the order reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Summum Beauté Internationale does not collect customs duties and taxes.
Order Processing
Summum Beauté International processes orders received Monday through Friday, and orders are processed within 1–2 business days of acceptance. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. Summum Beauté International does not process orders during the holiday season. For orders placed on these dates, additional time must be allowed for delivery. Please allow one to two extra days for delivery to remote areas.
Address Correction
If the transport company needs to correct the customer’s delivery address, additional charges may be applied to the order. If the company returns the order to Summum Beauté International due to an address error, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred (return shipping charges, restocking fees) if applicable.
Restocking Fees
If the parcel is refused on receipt, the customer is liable for shipping fees, return costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Taxes on Products
Summum Beauté International is a Canadian company. We must therefore collect taxes on all orders placed by customers residing in these provinces:
- Quebec: GST (5%) and QST (9.975%)
- Ontario: HST (13%)
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador: HST (13%)
- Nova Scotia: HST (15%)
- Nunavut: GST (5%)
- Prince Edward Island: HST (14%)
- British Columbia: GST (5%)
- Saskatchewan: GST (5%)
- Manitoba: GST (5%)
- Alberta: GST (5%)
- Northwest Territories and Yukon: GST (5%)
Return
As soon as you receive your package, please check its condition. If there are any problems with the items in your shipment, such as manufacturing defects or damage, we recommend that you contact Summum Beauté International’s customer service department as soon as possible. We must be informed of any problem within three days of receipt of your package, otherwise we will not be able to accept its return.
Summum Beauté International will accept returns or exchanges (excluding shipping) on all products, provided the return date is within 30 days of the invoice date. The returned product must be in the condition in which it was delivered and must not have been used before being accepted for a refund. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer must assume all shipping and handling charges for the return of the package, as well as duties and/or taxes for orders. Gifts or samples accompanying the purchase must be returned unused. Returns cannot be accepted if products have been opened or used.
Please return your unused and unopened product by requesting a return authorization number from customer service. You must have the original invoice and reason for return so that Summum Beauté International can process your refund as quickly as possible. All return authorizations are valid for a period of 15 business days and we must receive the merchandise within these 15 days. Shipping and handling charges for returns, as well as duties and/or taxes for orders shipped abroad, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Summum Beauté International.

Products may be returned to Summum Beauté International using Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, DHL or another shipping service that insures against risk of loss or damage. Once we have received the product and determined that it complies with our terms and conditions, we will process your request. No refunds will be issued until the package is received by Summum Beauté International. Please allow up to 15 working days to process your return once we have received it.
Tips to Avoid Duplicate Taxes and Duties on Returned Merchandise
To avoid duplication of taxes and duties on merchandise returned to Canada from abroad, please indicate “returned merchandise” and “no commercial value” on your packing slip. Please also include a copy of the original shipping slip on the outside of the original package. On the packing slip, circle the product(s) you are returning and adjust the total delivery amount to show the value of the product(s). Please also check with the transport company for any other conditions.
