Weekly deep exfoliation
- Wet your skin with lukewarm or warm water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Wet your glove for 30 seconds before wringing it well.
- Get out of the water and remove the excess water from your body so that your skin is humid.
- For the body: Scrub vigorously, from bottom to top on the limbs and back (going up towards the heart); and in a circular motion on the torso, the knees, the buttocks, and the shoulders. After a few times, you’ll notice dead skin residue coming off and rolling on your Renaissance Glove.
For the face: With the exfoliating side of your Renaissance accessory, massage the skin, focusing more on your T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), your neck, and your hairline. - Rinse your glove well and wring the water out of it.
- Hang it above your shower with the hook.
- In the shower, apply your shower gel* on the Renaissance Glove, and get a lather going on the glove while giving yourself a massage.
- Rinse the glove and wring the water out of it.
- Hang it above your shower with the hook.
