Instructions
Apply a wipe-free gel finish and cure for 30 seconds under LED light or 1 minute under UV light.Rub in the chosen pigment using the blush-foam applicator.
Remove excess with a dusting pad and apply the wipe-free gel finish used earlier.
Cure for 60 seconds under LED light or 2 minutes under UV light.
