Instructions
For Lash & Brow Treatment:
Daily Care & Treatment Recovery: Apply one coat of Blinc White Lash Primer to clean, dry lashes as part of your daily routine. For brows, gently apply using the brush wand to cover the brow hairs entirely.
Optional Night Routine: For an extra boost of nourishment, apply the primer before bed, allowing it to work overnight to fortify and condition your lashes.
For Volume & Length:
Step 1: Apply the Blinc White Lash Primer to clean, dry lashes from root to tip, ensuring each lash is evenly coated.
Step 2: Wait 30 seconds between coats and apply multiple layers for a thicker, longer, and more voluminous lash base.
Step 3: Once the primer is fully dry, follow with your favorite Blinc mascara to seal and extend the volume and length.
