Instructions
Use on clean and dry lashes. Start from the base to the lash tips, and wiggle the wand slightly from side to side. Wipe the neck of the bottle after each use, and close cap tightly to prevent drying out. Makeup removers will not work, only the combination of lots of water and gentle pressure from your fingertips, washcloth, or cotton round, and the tiny tubes will effortlessly slide off your lashes into your hand.
