Cuticle Softener

Cuticle softener has a gel-cream texture that dissolves ceramides, an element of the skin that holds the cells of the epidermis together, making it easier to remove the cuticles. It has a pH of 12, so it is alkaline while the skin has a pH which is between 4.7 and 5.7, so slightly acidic. This contrast in acidity makes this product effective for manicures and pedicures.
