After bathing or showering, while the skin is still wet, apply directly to the underarms or areas of the body prone to sweating.If the skin is dry, wet the stone before use. Make sure you don’t use too much water and make sure the water doesn’t get into the plastic base.You can rub the stone from top to bottom or use a circular motion. Continue adding water to the stone and applying it until you feel you have covered your entire underarm.You may find that you sweat fairly more than usual after switching from an antiperspirant to a deodorant.
