Ethylacetate, Heptame.
Instructions
Apply a coat of crystal base to the 4 fingers of the hand (thumb last). Then apply a thin coat of crystal finish to these 4 fingers. Immediately apply a second coat of crystal finish to the same fingers and allow to dry for 2 minutes, hand down. Then do the thumb. Repeat for the other hand.
