Description
Regular polish base that does not require curing. Must be used with Dashing Diva Top Seal. It does not work on its own.

Instructions
Apply one coat of Base Seal and allow to dry for approximately 1 min.
Apply 2 coats of Top Seal and allow to dry.
Keep out of reach of children. Irritating to eyes and skin. If in contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. Do not inhale. Keep away from heat and flame. Keep in a cool, dry place.
