Description
Cuccio 3D Design Powder is a powder specially formulated to be mixed with any Veneer color to create a thick, flexible colored gel paste that can be manipulated to achieve 3D nail designs similar to designs created on using acrylic powder.

Instructions
Mix a little 3D design powder with a little colored Veneer until homogeneous using a spatula. Apply the paste to the nail and form the design.
Cook under an LED lamp for 60 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Apply Veneer #5 Finish in a thin layer and cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Remove stickiness using a lint-free pad and Revitalizing Cleanser #6.
